Case Studies

A few organizations we blog for:

vhiOrganization: Village Hopecore International
Blog: Village Hopecore Blog
Target: Donors, board members, loan recipients, advisors—as well as potential donors who have shown some interest in micro-loans.
Goal: To keep target market connected, to break down the barriers between the US and Africa, to inspire donors.

Village Hopecore International is a small non-profit making big strides toward helping a village in Kenya. VHI has a dedicated base of supporters—donors, board members, loan recipients, advisors—who are excited about this project but can feel disconnected. A newsletter is produced several times a year, which helps to keep the group informed, but newsletter print and mailing costs can be expensive for a small organization. Plus, news is happening all the time! So a blog was started to make announcements about Village Hopecore’s recent progress. This helps to keep donors up to date on the actual results—how recipients of micro-loans are moving out of poverty and becoming self-sufficient.

The return on our investment in online marketing is far beyond my expectations. Ardentio designed an online marketing plan for our non-profit and then executed on it by creating a blog, sending out e-mail newsletters, and managing our Facebook accounts. Working with them was easy, very refreshing and a great experience. I am confident that anyone using Ardentio’s services will increase business.

LBDCompany: Longboard Vineyards
Blog: Barreled
Target: People who love exceptional wine at a great price, with a side of wave action.
Goal: To expose more people to this fun brand and to talk more directly to fans and prospective fans. Also to drive web and wave surfers to the website, and to increase sales wine club membership.

We succeeded at both, and had a great time doing it. Additionally, we created an online marketing plan that included a customer contact schedule, and designed and implemented targeted e-mails to interested parties, locals, and fans.

Working with Ardentio has been a great experience, on both a personal and business level. They have developed our blog, managed our Facebook presence, and It has resulted in better communication with our customers, and the introduction of new customers to the “voice” of our winery. One of the best things about the process is learning what our customers need and respond to—it’s a great business tool! I would definitely encourage others to use Ardentio. Virginia’s enthusiasm is contagious and she delivers great results in a very cost-effective way. On second thought… maybe I should not recommend Ardentio so that we have less good competition in this area.
